I had a HUGE flowerbed that was completely full of about 8inches of gravel for some unknown reason (not my doing, it was like that when we moved in) but it was completely hideous and needed to come out! I called well over 20 companies but my project was too big for the smaller companies and too small for the larger companies. But I was recommended to call Chris with Sod Gods and his guys came out and did a phenomenal job!!! Very pleasant and professional... even took the pine tree out that was growing in my gutter, because it didn’t need to be there and I couldn’t reach it! These guys are the real deal. I called Chris with SodGods to excavate, regrade, and install about 30 pallets of Bermuda sod. He emailed a quote the next day. The price was great (came in thousands less than other bids) but more importantly, he was knowledgeable about laying it correctly and helping me take care of it afterwards. The day of install, he and his crew came out very early and ready to work. They regraded my backyard ahead of schedule to accommodate my irrigation contractor. They completed my job in about 3 days (half acre lot). His team cleaned up after every day they were there. All around, I had a great experience. Solid, good company. We recently hired this landscaping team to clear our retention pond, and they exceeded all expectations! According to our statement of work, the project required: * Clearing the areas from the water line back 10 feet on the berm, leaving only natural turf grass and removing all trees and shrubs from the North to South side for easy bank inspections. * Clearing the areas from the water line to the bottom of the exterior berm (dam side, East side), again leaving only natural turf grass and removing all trees and shrubs to ensure the dam could be inspected for leaks, animal intrusion, or erosion. * Thorough removal of debris and vegetation around both the trash and overflow drains. * Complete removal of any trees within 50 feet of the dam in the water to prevent root migration into the East Side Dam. The crew followed every detail to perfection. The banks and berms are now clear and accessible for inspections, and the dam area is free of unwanted vegetation.
